含氟废水处理工艺的技术改进

通过对集成电路工厂废水种类、成分和原有废水处理工艺及原理的分析,以及对废水处理系统投入运行以来在工艺、设备、控制等方面存在诸多问题的研究,经过比较和分析,采用日本富士化水公司开发的用于处理半导体工业废水的专利技术--Heldy-F法,并对原有废水处理工艺进行了技术改造,改造后系统运行稳定,出水水质达到国家标准,运行成本降低,取得了良好的效果.     

A study aimed at characterizing the interfacial structure in a tin-silver solder on nickel-coated copper plate during aging

This paper highlights the interfacial structure of tin-silver (Sn-3·5Ag) solder on nickel-coated copper pads during aging performance studies at a temperature of 150°C for up to 96 h. Experimental results revealed the as-solidified solder bump made from using the lead-free solder (Sn-3·5Ag) exhibited or showed a thin layer of the tin-nickel-copper intermetallic compound (IMC) at the solder/substrate interface. This includes a sub-layer having a planar structure immediately adjacent to the Ni-coating and a blocky structure on the inside of the solder. Aging performance studies revealed the thickness of both the IMC layer and the sub-layer, having a planar structure, to increase with an increase in aging time. The observed increase was essentially non-linear. Fine microscopic cracks were observed to occur at the interfaces of the planar sub-layer and the block sub-layer.     

Efficiency gained with the use of scanning in precision photoelectric systems for measurement of displacement

Questions related to efforts aimed at decreasing the position error of the moving parts of measuring transducers when measuring displacements are considered. It is remarked that scanning by the indicator element of the measurement coupling is most effective in photoelectric transducers, since it makes it possible to optimize the measuring circuit of the system and mode of operation of the system’s transducers. __________ Translated from Izmeritel’naya Tekhnika, No. 3, pp. 13–14, March, 2008.     

GTO状态检测及其在过流保护中的应用

本文较详细地论述了一种先进的ＧＴＯ状态识别原理，给出了一种切实可行的状态检测电路。该电路具有结构简单，抗干扰能力强等优点。利用它成功地检测到了ＧＴＯ的通断状态，实现了对１３ｋＷ／５００Ｈｚ ＧＴＯ直流斩波调速装置和１５ｋＷ／１０ｋＨｚ ＧＴＯ中频电源中ＧＴＯ的快速保护。     

一种采用辅助电路优化手工逆变焊机的方法

提出了一种为优化手工逆为焊机而采用辅助电路的方案，通过采用辅助电路，可以达到降低芳变压器和开关管的容量，减小短路引弧电流冲击，空载自动关机和提高整机效率等效果，文中对工作情况进行了具体分析，试验结果证明了结论的正确性。     

液压平衡回路的研究

工程机械常用的液压平衡回路，存在着悬垂负荷再提升下滑和下降冲击、振动的问题。本文从出发，针对以上两问题作了原理上的分析，采用蓄能器记忆压力和补充油液，并用压力比较定时元件来控制提升与制动释放同步动作，为克服提供瞬间下滑，提出了简单、有效的解决方案。     

基于FDNR的全集成滤波器

本文研究以变频负阻器（ＦＤＮＲ）作基本电路元件的九阶低通滤波电路，应用ＳＰＦＤ程序，对其频率特性作仿真分析，给出重要结论。     

Design and research of a three‐phase voltage sensor based on D‐dot principle

In the design of three‐phase D‐dot voltage sensor based on electric field coupling, both effects of both the adjacent phase electric fields and distribution parameters on measurement should be taken into consideration. This paper builds a simulation model and a physical measuring system of a three‐phase sensor, measures the effect of the distribution parameters by the simulation model, and finally finds the transfer function between the input and output voltage signals of the circuit. The measured voltage waveforms and parameters can be reflected by the physical measuring system. Our results provide a theoretical basis for the design of a three‐phase D‐dot voltage sensor. And the measuring system can achieve multipoint synchronous acquisition and ensure less distortion. © 2016 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. Published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

通过对某电厂异步电动机连续6 a的电机事故情况的分析,总结出引起高压电动机和低压电动机烧损的各种事故原因,从理论上对主要原因进行分析,并提出相应的防范措施。     

继电保护和自动装置压板回路远方控制技术与应用

通过对继电保护及自动装置远方控制问题的分析，提出利用远方控制高压电气设备的原理，将电触发命令转换成位置状态变换、用机械闭锁方式实现自保持功能，实现远方投退继电保护及自动装置压板回路的解决方案。针对现场具体情况进行了“一对一”、“一对多”实例分析。
